Correct. Flags evaluate in your SDK — we never count individual evaluations. Your $99/month doesn't change based on your user base size.
What counts as a "seat"?
Anyone with a login to the Flaggy dashboard. On the Free plan, that's 3 people. On Team, invite as many as you want.
Can I start on Free and upgrade later?
Yes. Your flags and data carry over when you upgrade. No migration needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Annual billing available at no additional discount — the price is already flat.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and lock in the monthly rate for 12 months. No additional discount — the price is already predictable by design.
What's the refund policy?
We don't offer refunds on partial months, but you can cancel any time and you won't be charged again. The free plan is always available.
